Mini OREO Surprise Cupcakes!

I LOVE oreos and I LOVE cupcakes...so what better than to combine them! I have a cookbook that I found on sale at Barnes and Noble, which is filled with recipes for cream cheese and hidden in it were these AMAZING cupcakes! They look like a regular chocolate cupcake until you bite into it and find a mini oreo and cream cheese! I have made these cupcakes for various parties and even to enjoy at home! Everyone raves about them especially kids! For Fourth of July I used yellow cake mix and turned half the batter red and the other half blue and had red, white, and blue OREO Surprise Cupcakes!
